2025 Bowman

In the first week of May, the 2025 Bowman was released. It’s always an interesting set that focuses on prospects. You can find some future stars or super stars in this set. But you know, sometimes things don’t go as expected.

 

I ordered a blaster box of the 2025 Bowman on amazon and it didn’t take too much time to arrive. Previously, I only bought some hobby packs of the Bowman products. So, it’s actually the first time that I bought a blaster box of Bowman baseball.

In total, there are 6 packs in a blaster box. Did I find something cool? Let’s see what I got.

So, I got some rookie cards that I think are pretty cool. A Jackson Jobe rookie card and a Spencer Schwellenbach rookie card are both good. Well, Jobe just underwent Tommy John surgery, but he made 10 starts for the Tigers this season. Schwellenbach is a key starter for the Braves. It will be worthwhile to see whether he can consistently pitch well in a long season and make more starts than he did in 2024. Moreover, Cade Horton, who was selected by the Cubs in the first round of the 2022 draft, made his MLB debut just a few days after this product was released.

In addition, I’m glad to see a Travis Bazzana card. Bazzana was selected by the Guardians in the first round of the 2024 draft. He was the first overall pick last year. I watched him play in an international tournament. I was thinking whether it’s possible to find his baseball card. And I got it. It will be awesome to see him make his MLB debut in the future. Hopefully, it will be very soon.
