Around a month ago, I watched a show on YouTube. In the show, Jon Lester was the guest and he shared the story of his career. Lester played 16 seasons in the majors. He made 451 starts and 1 relief appearance. In his career, he tossed 2740 innings and got 200 wins with a 3.66 ERA and a 1.28 WHIP. Moreover, he struck out 2488 batters.

I chatted with some friends while watching a game. A friend mentioned some Phillies players who used to win an MVP award. Of course, there are several players from the Phillies. However, I don’t know why. We talked about Ryan Howard.

A few weeks ago, I listened to a podcast show. In the show, the hosts and guests were talking about the 2016 World Series. The Cubs defeated the Indians (Guardians) to end the 108-year drought. I watched that game on TV, so I certainly remember the final out. Mike Montgomery threw the last pitch and recorded the last out of the World Series.
