Heat up in May

The 2022 season began on April 7. In the first month, some players didn’t play well. However, some players gradually heat up. In May, several players had a great month. Firstly, let’s see which players had been hitting well in May.

However, the 2018 AL MVP heated up in May and he batted .342/.411/.746 with 12 home runs and 27 RBI. In May 2018, Mookie Betts hit .372/.434/.766 with 9 home runs, 19 RBI and 10 stolen bases. All rise! Aaron Judge is on fire. In May, he crushed 12 home runs and collected 25 RBI. Judge is currently hitting .303/.371/.657 with 18 home runs and 38 RBI. How many home runs did Trevor Story have in April? “0.” Trevor Story’s first month in the Red Sox uniform wasn’t going well. He was just hitting .224/.297/.299 with 5 RBI in April. Nonetheless, the two-time All-Star shows that he’s still one of the most dangerous hitters in the league. In May, Story crushed 9 home runs and collected 32 RBI. Moreover, Pete Alonso, Jose Altuve and Jorge Soler each blasted 9 home runs in May.

Indeed, Paul Goldschmidt had a great month in May. Goldschmidt had a batting average of .404 in May and his OPS was over 1.200. He’s off to a good start in 2022. By far, Goldschmidt slashes .352/.422/.626 with 11 home runs and 43 RBI. At the same time, Mookie Betts’ OPS is nearly 1.200 in May. Furthermore, Rafael Devers was hitting .293/.309/.467 with 3 home runs and 9 RBI in April. In May, he’s even better with a .381/.421/.712 slash line. In the meantime, two-time MVP Bryce Harper had a hot May as well, hitting .347/.394/.684 with 7 home runs and 18 RBI. And, it’s quite interesting to see that J.D. It’s not a surprise to see them have a great month. Aaron Judge has been hot in May. Nestor Cortes and Jameson Taillon are pitching well in May. Additionally, Mookie Betts heated up in May with 12 home runs and the Dodgers won 20 games in May.
