Previously, I bought a mega box of the 2026 Topps Heritage and I’ve shared what I got. A couple of weeks ago, I was exploring an online sports card shop and found there were some lucky bags. One lucky bag contains 3 hobby packs of the 2026 Topps Heritage. I was just thinking about what I could find in hobby packs. Hence, I ordered some lucky bags to see if I could find something interesting.

It didn’t take too long. The package had arrived and let’s see what I got. In total, I had 9 hobby packs of the 2026 Topps Heritage.

Base cards: Shohei Ohtani, Aaron Judge (2), Kyle Bradish, Eury Perez, Edwin Diaz, Taj Bradley, Jose Ramirez, Ronald Acuna Jr., Cam Smith, Elly De La Cruz, Max Muncy, Luis Gil, Ryan Mountcastle, Steven Kwan (2), Manny Machado, Bryan Reynolds, Jesus Sanchez, Emmet Sheehan, Ryan O’Hearn, Jake Mangum, Thomas Saggese, Evan Carter, Zac Gallen, Taylor Ward, Pete Crow-Armstrong, Cal Raleigh, Andrew McCutchen, Jacob Young, Cedric Mullins, Freddy Peralta, James Wood, TJ Friedl, Josh Smith, Brice Turang, Otto Lopez, Freddie Freeman, Marcelo Mayer, Masyn Winn (2), Kristian Campbell, Junior Caminero, Adolis Garcia

Rookie cards: Harry Ford, Owen Caissie, Brandon Sproat, Brady House, Kyle Teel, Sal Stewart, Heriberto Hernandez

Base short prints (3): Maikel Garcia, Carlos Rodon, Rookies pitchers (Kyle Backhus/ Joel Peguero/Andrew Alvarez/Mitch Farris)

Dark gray bordered (5): Rafael Devers, Teoscar Hernandez, Matt Chapman, Carter Jensen (RC), Rookie outfielders (Petey Halpin/Yanquiel Fernández/Jakob Marsee/ Zach Cole, SP)

Light blue sparkle (6): Home Run Leaders, Earned Run Average Leaders, Jhonkensy Noel, Brooks Baldwin, Anthony Volpe, Ryan McMahon

Chrome (4): Robert Hassell III, Cole Ragans, Harrison Bader, Bryan Reynolds (refractor)

The Enterprise (1): Jackson Merrill

Raw Power (1): Aaron Judge
1977 Originals (1): Felix Millan
After ripping 9 hobby packs of the 2026 Topps Heritage, my initial thought was that this product has become more “colorful”. It’s my first time seeing dark gray bordered cards. It’s not so rare to find, but it’s fun to find a different parallel. Light blue sparkle cards aren’t numbered, but the cards look good.
In addition, I found some insert cards. An Aaron Judge raw power card looks cool. Moreover, there’s a 1977 buyback card. Felix Millan was a star player. As I checked the odds, it seems that it’s not easy to find a buyback pack from hobby packs. So, I guess this card is rare to see.
Well, if you look for a hit, as usual, the Topps Heritage isn’t an ideal choice. However, this product always helps bring you to the past. Furthermore, I guess this might be Fanatic’s strategy. There are more parallel cards from this set. Although most of those parallels aren’t numbered, the colorful cards shall create some fun.
