The 2026 Topps series 2 arrived in June. A few days after this product was released, I accidentally passed by a sports card shop. The owner is really nice and I saw some value boxes there. I decided to buy one value box and the owner asked me to choose one.
I randomly selected a blaster box. Well, I don’t expect to see a hit inside. Nonetheless, I’m looking forward to seeing some cool rookie cards. And let’s see what I got.

There are 72 cards in a value box. Normally, you can find some inserts and some parallels that are exclusive in a value box. Well, a Sal Stewart insert card looks good to me. And there’s a Jac Caglianone 1991 topps insert that also looks good.
Nonetheless, a big surprise is that I found a team logo border variation card. It’s a Bryson Stott variation card. This card looks pretty cool to me. As I checked the odds, it’s not easy to find. That’s why I’m surprised.
Finally, for me, the best card from this value box is Kazuma Okamoto rookie card. I used to see him play when he was on the farm team of the Yomiuri Giants. It was truly a while ago. It’s truly an unforgettable experience. Without a doubt, he has worked really hard. From the second team of the Yomiuri Giants to the star of the Giants and to the major league, it’s a long way.
Well, I can’t tell if a value box of the 2026 series is good or bad. Nonetheless, I did find a rookie card that I’m looking for.
