2026 Bowman

The 2026 Bowman was released in mid-May. At the end of May, I went to a sports card shop and was thinking about which product to choose. In the end, I decided to buy a mega box of the 2026 Bowman. I bought a value box of Bowman last year. However, this time, I would like to try something different.

 

Before buying, I was just thinking about a key question. In a value box of the 2026 Bowman, there are 60 cards. Nonetheless, in a mega box, there are 42 cards. Moreover, it’s more expensive to buy a mega box. It took me a while to make a decision. Nevertheless, I chose to try something new.

 

Hence, let’s see those 42 cards I got.

For me, there are 2 key things to find in the 2026 Bowman. The first thing is that I would like to find an Ethan Holliday baseball card. The other thing is to find a Munetaka Murakami rookie card.

 

Ethan Holliday was selected by the Rockies in the first round of the 2025 draft. He’s a top prospect to watch. I got 2 Ethan Holliday baseball cards in this mega box. The first one is a base card, but it’s the first bowman base card. At the same time, I got an Ethan Holliday Bowman sterling insert card. Those 2 cards aren’t so rare to find, but for me, it’s great to have Ethan Holliday baseball cards.

 

In addition, I’ve been watching Murakami since he played in the NPB. In 2026, I surely want to add his rookie card into my collection. I found a Murakami rookie card in this mega box. It’s not a normal one. It’s a red RC logo chrome card. It’s the first time that I found a red RC logo card. This is just amazing.

 

Finally, I found a Max Clark mega futures insert. As I checked, this card is a rare one and I’m glad to find this card.

So, the result of opening a mega box of the 2026 Bowman was good. It was fun, in particular, I like a Murakami rookie card and the RC logo is in red. That’s fantastic. Well, he’s currently on the IL. But, I’ll keep watching his performance when he comes back.
