Nonetheless, after the mid-summer classic, he has collected 25 hits in 15 games. His OPS is above .900 after the All-Star break.

Moreover, Freddie Freeman is one the most consistent hitters in the majors. He was selected to the All-Star game. After the all-star break, he has collected 23 hits over 16 games. Thus far, he hits .365/.459/.619 with 5 home runs and 11 RBI in the second half of this season.

Well, Ty France wasn’t selected to the All-Star game. However, he actually hit well in the first half of the season, slashing .267/.325/.490 with 11 home runs and 33 RBI over 70 games. He finished the first half of the 2026 season with an OPS over .800. In the second half of the 2026 season, he now has 23 hits in 15 games. Finally, Steven Kwan and Nick Gonzales each have collected 23 hits after the All-Star break. Kwan isn’t a home run hitter, but he can collect hits. After the All-Star break, he now has an OPS above 1.000. In the meantime, Nick Gonzales now hits .354/.364/.508 with 2 home runs and 7 RBI over 15 games after the All-Star break. In the first half of the 2026 season, Kwan’s OPS was below .700 and Gonzales had an OPS of .761.

After the All-Star break, there are several players who have played well. Nico Hoerner has heated up and it’s worthwhile to see if he can stay hot for the rest of the season. And Freeman is very consistent and there’s no doubt that he hits well. At the same time, Drake Baldwin doesn’t have a sophomore slump. We can keep watching if he will finish a season with an OPS over .800 again.
