Second mega box of 2024 Topps Holiday

Last year, I opened a mega box of the 2024 Topps Holiday. It was fun and I like what I got because I got some rookie cards that I was looking for. A few days ago, I went to a sports card shop after a meeting. I said hello to the owner and took a look at the shelves to see if there was something new.

Very interestingly, I saw some mega boxes of the 2024 Topps Holiday. I was thinking about buying one on Amazon. However, after seeing some mega boxes available in the shop, I decided to buy one in the shop.

And let’s see what I got.

Oversized Die-Cut MLB Ornaments: Elly De La Cruz (RC)

Notable on base cards: Salvador Perez, Zack Wheeler, Corbin Burnes, Sandy Alcantara, Triston Casas, Cole Ragans, Blake Snell, William Contreras, Mike Trout, Bo Bichette, Francisco Lindor, Corbin Carroll, Trea Turner, Sonny Gray, Seiya Suzuki, Shane Bieber, Willson Contreras, Clayton Kershaw, Lars Nootbaar, Ronald Acuna Jr., Ozzie Albies, Spencer Strider, Bobby Witt Jr., Dansby Swanson, Vladimir Guerrero Jr., Max Fried, Tarik Skubal, Rafael Devers, Julio Rodriguez, Juan Soto, Luis Arraez, Jacob deGrom, Bryce Harper, Nick Castellanos

Blue Metallic Glitter: Luis Arraez

Short Prints (3): Elly De La Cruz (RC), Ozzie Albies, Jackson Merrill (RC)

Relic: Shota Imanaga (RC)

This time, it’s an interesting box. Firstly, I got several Luis Arraez baseball cards. There’s a Luis Arraez base card. Additionally, I found a silver glitter one and a blue metallic glitter one. 3 Luis Arraez baseball cards in a mega box, well, it’s somehow an Arraez box.

Secondly, some silver glitter cards look good. A Shohei Ohtani silver glitter card is certainly a cool one. Moreover, I got an Aaron Judge one and a Juan Soto one. Furthermore, I like the short prints. Elly De La Cruz is a great player and Jackson Merrill finished 2nd in the 2024 NL Rookie of the Year voting. They had a good start in their careers. So, it’s awesome to own their SP rookie cards.

Finally, the hit in the box is a Shota Imanaga relic card with player-worn memorabilia. Well, the card might not generate a lot of value. Nonetheless, I really like the way he’s pitching and I’m glad that I found an Imanaga rookie relic card.

It’s fun to open a mega box of the 2024 Topps Holiday. This product is an affordable choice for collectors and it’s still entertaining. Well, I will probably not buy a mega box of the 2024 Topps Holiday again because I already bought two mega boxes. Nonetheless, I’m glad that I got some cool cards from this series.
